**Funeral Director Assistant/Office Staff/Customer Service. F**uneral home in Millersville, Md, (Anne Arundel County) has an immediate full-time, opening on our team for a **Funeral Director Assistant**.
Duties: Are you familiar with the funeral profession and the workings of a funeral home and/or crematory?
You will be called upon to assist the funeral directors and staff in day-to-day office work and management of funeral home operations. You will answer telephone calls, maintain the case filing system, interact with customers and families, and pick up and file documents at the Division of Vital Records.
Competitive starting salary. 401K. Health insurance. Additional after-hours earning opportunities available.
Looking for someone mature and empathetic who can communicate well with grieving families. Must have a clear grasp of common sense and a serious demeanor.
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
