Monday Friday

8:30am 4:30pm

6-month contract to hire

Necessary Skills

5+ years of progressive accounting experience.

Hands on general ledger experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) applications.

Larger ERP experience is a plus .

A day in the role

Prepare and record weekly sales from the billing system.

Prepare weekly reports such as Cash Posted, A/R Reserve, and A/R.

Prepare monthly accounting journal entries.

Record monthly regional journal entries.

Performs financial statement review and trend analysis for corporate departments.

Prepares general ledger balance sheet account reconciliations and workpapers.
