Position Overview:

- Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with curated group of influencers, content creators, and Friends of MVMT
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Contribute creative ideas and insights to marketing brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.
- Manage inventory and logistics for promotional items, samples, and materials; ensure the storage facility is meticulously maintained, managing space effectively and delegating tasks as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies.
- Ensure alignment with brand values and objectives in all partnership activities.
- Provide administrative support to the Sr Marketing Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and expense tracking.
- Help support Sr Marketing Manager by coordinating collaborative projects, such as limited-edition watch releases or co-branded campaigns.
- Assist Sr Marketing Manager by supporting the development and execution of PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Assist Sr Marketing Manager in drafting press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials.
- Assist Sr Marketing Manager by helping identify and pursue strategic partnerships with complementary brands and organizations.
- Assist Sr Marketing Manager with the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on influencer relations, partnerships, or related areas (internship included)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity and resourcefulness in problem-solving and project execution.
- Social media wizard who is well-versed in all platforms (IG, YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, TikTok etc.) and in tune with how the Influencer Marketing landscape differs across each respective platform
- You thrive working independently and in small teams in fast-paced, constantly-evolving environment
