- Design innovative electrical components/systems for commercial and industrial projects in Revit/Evolve 3D.
- Acquire design intent, information, and models that will be used as a backdrop for our constructability modeling.
- Review models, drawings, and details for accuracy and consistency. Implement revisions and make changes and adjustments as required.
- Assemble composite design models for coordination and clash detection meetings.
- Generate design documentation and sheets for fabrication and/or construction.
- Create fabrication level of detail modeling and element detailing.

**Qualifications Desired**:

- Preferred - electrical field experience
- Creative, Technical, and Artistic
- Understanding of MEP Systems.
- Knowledge of and proven practical background in Autodesk Revit, Evolve Electrical, Navisworks, and related Building Information Modeling software. (we are willing to train qualified electricians)
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Office, Excel, Word.)
- Ability to provide a high level of attention and focus on creating complex technical documents.
- Ability to communicate (verbally, visually, and graphically) digital design concepts to design and deliver to professionals with varying levels of understanding
- Must be a team player with the ability to collaborate and interact with others in the department, including Superintendents, Project Managers, and Contractors.
- Ability to take direction and work analytically and independently to complete assignments/goals within specified deadlines.
