  • Organize and plan labor, tools, material, equipment, and information needed to meet commitments within budget and production goals.
  • Provide technical advice and resolve field problems.
  • Supervise Assistant Superintendents and Foremen to plan and coordinate work activities.
  • Participate in VDC drawings/prefab review meetings and review drawings for accuracy.
  • Enforce processes, best practices, quality control, and safety standards implementation into the project.
  • Review and analyze technical plans, blueprints, submittals, and specifications related to the project.
  • Perform daily job walks and document issues or constraints in Procore.
  • Identify staff strengths and weaknesses and recommend training opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent.
  • Proven experience managing projects larger than $7M.
  • Licensed Journeyman (or equivalent).
  • Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Projects).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
