**True Direct Home Health Care** is looking for a professional individual looking for a rewarding career with an agency that poised to grow and expand to fill the position of Human Resources & Scheduling Coordinator. The Human Resources Coordinator responsibility is to analyze staffing issues (consistently open shifts, particular acuities needed of caregivers, hard to staff cases, etc.) in True Direct’s service areas. The expectation is to execute a customized strategy enabling our recruiting/hiring/scheduling efforts to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and caregivers as well as providing staffing resources to the True Direct Team.
**Essential duties and skills** include, but not limited to,
- Sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified talented potential employees to schedule and conduct interviews and orientations
- Conducts or assists with new hire orientation and yearly update and training
- Hire and maintain employment for staff in full compliance
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
- Tracks and coordinates benefits for employees
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Relationship building with fellow office staff and field staff
- Be a part of an energetic team that promotes collaboration as well as promotes our values creating amazing employee experiences
- Help provide our clients and patients with qualified and compassionate caregivers
- Being on call to communicate, collaborate and schedule with issues that may arise outside of office hours, including some weekend hours
**Skills and/or Knowledge Requirements**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, etc
- Very organized and detailed, able to handle extensive amounts of paperwork/documentation
- Great communicator, organized, detailed, punctual and self-motivated
- A positive, outgoing, professional personality
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and see projects through to completion and collaboratively as a team
- Go-getter that's resourceful, and able to work effectively and troubleshoot with the tools at hand
- Ability to work efficiently, learn, absorb, and retain and adapt to new rules and regulations where new procedures will follow

**Schedule**:
- 8 hour shift (9:00-5:00) and potentially 1 day a week remote work from home
- Also, some outside hours and weekend work may arise as this is 24 hour home care, those instances are only if needs / emergencies arises
