**Job Description**:
At The Finest & SWFT, we are a leading E-liquid and Disposable company, committed to maintaining the highest standards of business ethics and values in all our activities. Our Accounting Team plays a crucial role in safeguarding the business by ensuring accuracy, maintaining meticulous records, and upholding financial compliance at every level.

As a Junior Accountant, you will support our Senior Accountant and contribute to the efficient operation of the accounting department. This includes updating financial records, preparing and analyzing reports, and reconciling bank statements. You will operate accounting software programs, such as Quickbooks Online, to manage business transactions including accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, and recording expense vouchers and receipts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Record, adjust, and maintain accounting journal entries.
- Enter key daily financial data for multiple entities, including all bank and credit card transactions, into the company database.
- Prepare general ledger postings and statements.
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department, including assistance with periodic financial statement preparation.
- Perform reconciliations of payments, deposits, and bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness of the general ledger.
- Organize and maintain company documents, such as 1099 forms and other financial records.

Key Qualifications:

- Understanding of basic accounting principles, particularly accrual basis.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to multitask effectively.
- Excellent time management abilities; skilled at prioritizing diverse tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Office and Quickbooks Online; familiarity with Sage ERP software is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Robust independent and coordinated reasoning, judgment, and decision-making abilities; capable of working effectively with mínimal supervision.

Additional Requirements (Education, Training, and Experience):

- Associate’s degree in major or significant coursework in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines highly preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with Quickbooks Online Advanced
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in accounting and/or bookkeeping

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
