**Responsibilities**:
Perform Quantity onscreen takeoff
Attend Pre-Bid Meeting / Walk-Through / Survey
Work with vendors and subcontractors for quotations / cost pricing update
Prepare project estimates and prepare proposals
Prepare change order proposals and negotiation meetings
Ensure overall accuracy of the labor & material estimates
Update and Maintain company estimating software with labor productivity and unit cost

**Qualifications**:
Must have at least 3+ years experience with Mechanical Estimating with project size $3M+
Experience with Public projects
Experience with Commercial projects (a plus)
Advanced in using estimating software, onscreen takeoff (mechanical piping)
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Formula and Function), AutoCad MEP
Experience in using Trimble Autobid Mechanical (a PLUS)
Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
