**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
- Accurately enter orders and properly process payment
- Ensure all orders are delivered to the customer in a timely manner
- Count in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift
- Prepare and handle any food or retail orders for customer
- Work collaboratively with team to ensure seamless customer service and workplace efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols intended to keep team members and customers safe
- Respond to customer inquiries and refer to management when applicable
- Properly stock and maintain station as well as cleaning duties as assigned by store management
- Other duties as assigned
- 1+ year in a customer service, cash handling or food/beverage-related position
- Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Ability to properly handle cash
- Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, management and customers
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist and kneel for duration of shift
- Possess a valid Food Handler’s Card or obtain one during training upon hire as required by law
