**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality promotional materials that align with corporate branding.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including executives and department heads, to understand marketing objectives and manage event requests.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners, sponsors, and vendors to enhance marketing success and brand visibility.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, including conferences, trade shows, seminars, and company meetings.
- Manage event logistics, such as venue selection, contract negotiations, catering, audio/visual needs, transportation, and accommodations.
- Develop and maintain detailed event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during events, overseeing setup, execution, and teardown.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless event operations.
- Handle any issues that arise during events, ensuring a smooth experience for all attendees.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within budgetary constraints.
- Prepare post-event financial reports to assess the success and ROI of events.
- Track and analyze the performance of corporate events, gathering attendee feedback and measuring overall effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports on event outcomes, including attendance, participant satisfaction, and key learnings.
- Maintain comprehensive event documentation, including contracts, permits, and vendor agreements.
- Provide administrative and strategic marketing support to the Director of Marketing.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in corporate event management and marketing support.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
- Experience in graphic design and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of event planning tools and software.
- Proven track record of successful corporate event planning and execution.

Physical Requirements:

- Lifting up to 25 lbs. may be required infrequently.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
