**Summary**
As the Front Desk Receptionist lead, you will be the first point of contact for patients entering our office, so it is expected that you will present yourself in a professional manner that positively represents our office. You will be responsible for managing the effective operation of patient flow and scheduling to maintain outstanding service in a highly efficient manner. You will be patient facing and require a high level of organization and the ability to multi-task. You will be welcoming patients into the office, collecting payment, filling out paperwork, making appointments and creating an overall outstanding customer service experience.

**Performance Objectives**
- Schedule patients with appointments for new and existing patients (phone and in person)
- Greet and manage new patient intake which includes creating a comfortable environment, check-in, paperwork completion and verification, collecting all payments and scanning and updating patient information (insurance, ID, ETC.)
- Ensure all patients are appropriately processed at end of treatment
- Maintain patient records in an orderly fashion and ensure accuracy-the office is procedure driven
- Answer incoming call and make recall appointments
- Educate and keep patients on their schedule and doctor’s recommendations. You are an integral part of the healing process.
- Consistently offer the highest level of personalized profession customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude.

**Education and Experience**
- High School Diploma required
- 2-3 years of work experience in reception, sales, customer service or related field
- Fluency in Spanish-written and spoken with ability to translate in real time
- Experience with Microsoft Word, scanning and faxing

**Physical Requirements**
- Prolonged periods of standing
- The employee is frequently required to stand, move about. The employee may
- occasionally lift and/or move 10-15 lbs.

Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays: 9:00am-1:30pm & 2:30pm-8:00pm
Saturdays: 8:00am -1:30pm
