You will work closely with our skilled technicians and mechanics to ensure timely completion of repairs and services, and maintain accurate records of customer information, service history, and vehicle repairs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome
- Listen to customer concerns and questions, and provide recommendations for automotive services and repairs
- Prepare estimates and service orders for customers, explaining costs and services in detail
- Follow up with customers throughout the service process to keep them informed of progress and any changes to the estimate or service order
- Coordinate with technicians and mechanics to ensure timely completion of repairs and services
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with the quality of work performed and address any concerns or complaints
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, service history, and vehicle repairs

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in the automotive industry as a service writer, service advisor, technician, or similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $56,291.31 - $67,791.69 per year
