- Assist with the administration of various HR programs and initiatives
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Process payroll and manage timekeeping systems
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department

- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and financial concepts
- Experience with account reconciliation and debits/credits
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends or issues in HR data
- Proficient in 10-key typing for efficient data entry

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
