**Position Summary**: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Canvassing Team Manager to lead our team of canvassing sales representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our canvassing team, ensuring they effectively promote and sell our cutting-edge security solutions to residential and commercial customers. You will play a crucial role in driving team performance, developing sales strategies, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of canvassing sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- **Training and Development**: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing coaching to enhance the skills and performance of the canvassing team.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze team performance metrics, providing regular feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed.
- **Client Engagement**: Support the team in conducting in-person sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations at prospective clients' homes and business premises.
- **Lead Generation**: Oversee cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, and networking activities to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge**: Ensure the team understands and effectively communicates the features, benefits, and value propositions of our security products and services.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to tailor solutions accordingly.
- **Customer Relationships**: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- **Reporting**: Prepare comprehensive reports on team sales activities and results, and present them to senior management.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the security or related industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive team performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.
- Comfortable with conducting door-to-door sales activities and attending networking events.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within assigned territories.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a relevant field is an asset.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
