Mercy Imaging Centers a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation provides cutting-edge diagnostic imaging services at 16 locations in the greater Sacramento and Woodland areas. Our team of 160 staff members work with our specialty trained and board certified radiologists to provide high quality care to our patients. The locations perform more than 175000 exams annually with the goal of providing top quality imaging compassionate care and timely service with a smile.

**Responsibilities**

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 3 years experience in a healthcare/medical office setting with experience as a front desk representative to include patient registration and appointment scheduling. Must have knowledge and experience with eligibility verification and an understanding of obtaining insurance authorization.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Impact of Decisions: Serious impact on patient relationships, physician efficiency, stewardship of clinic resources, and our image in the community. Internal/External Contacts: Patients, physicians and other clinic staff, hospital staff, patient family members and vendors. Reports to Supervisor: Does not supervise others

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 3+ years experience in a busy imaging center front office. Knowledge of imaging exams and procedures.
- Associate Degree

**Pay Range**
$21.70 - $29.84 /hour
