**Position Overview**
Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
**Here's what you'll be doing**
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data.
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues.
- Generate financial reports detailing accounts payable status.
**What you will need to bring to the table**
- Some experience with Quicken, Sage, or similar accounting software
- Knowledge of technical accounting principles
- Familiarity with UltiPro or similar payroll software
- Understanding of double-entry bookkeeping
- Exposure to corporate accounting practices and accounts receivable processes
- Proficiency in debits and credits concepts
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft or related ERP systems
