Automobile Sales Call Rep. no Cold Calls

We are looking for a Call Representative looking to excel in our company If you are driven, excited, and ready to earn then this is a position that will fit you. Prior automobile dealership or BDC experience is required.

There are no cold calls, every person that you will speak with is a hand raiser looking to buy or sell their vehicle.

Responsibilities Include:

- Ability to adapt, learn, and balance the understanding of different products
- Setting appointments
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Actively participate in staff meetings, coaching sessions, and on-going training
- Assist with training and coaching of new staff*

**Qualifications**:

- **Previous auto dealership experience in a customer support role like the BDC department is required.**:

- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Minimum high school diploma/GED
- Able to work weekends including Sunday if needed.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
