**Duties**:

- Lead and train advisors
- Write Service and follow the process that you train
- Work with Service Manager and provide feedback on advisors
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Provide customers with estimates for repairs and obtain necessary approvals
- Explain repair recommendations to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's workflow
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments
- Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Service Manager is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
- Familiarity with auto estimating software is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of mechanics and automotive service procedures
- Experience working in a dealership setting is preferred
- Familiarity with air brake systems and diesel engine repair is a plus
- Knowledge of shocks and struts is an advantage

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
