- We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager role as we continue to expand our Talent Acquisition team to support the growth we are seeing as a company. This role will be responsible for the high-volume recruiting in the Western and/or Eastern areas of Massachusetts. This role also serves as a strategic partner to the operation leaders and Director of Talent Acquisition. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to help not only support the day-to-day recruitment efforts but also assist in building the talent acquisition organization.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Coach and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Recruiters.
- Fill openings with talented individuals. This is a working manager role.
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
- Research and choose job advertising options
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Education, Experience, and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required.
- Bi-lingual communication is a plus but not required (Spanish)
- Certifications in HR, while can be helpful (SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP), are not a requirement.
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, particularly in a high-volume industry.
- Knowledge and experience of transportation operations desired.
- Results-driven, agile, change agent with the commitment and confidence to assume a leadership role in an evolving complex environment.
- Drive initiatives with limited resources and roll-up your sleeves attitude to achieve desired results.
- Unquestionable personal integrity, fairness, and credibility necessary to gain the trust and commitment of individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success at cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and creating partnerships at all levels within the organization to achieve results.
- Empathetic and engaging individual, who listens well, is responsive, solutions-focused, and results-oriented.
