Job Overview: The Principal Talent Management Analyst role is pivotal within our client's company, a global manufacturer of bearings and power transmission products based in North Canton, OH. This position is dedicated to supporting Talent Management efforts, including Performance Management, Succession Planning, Career Development, Engagement & Listening practices, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing, deploying, and executing Talent programs across the global enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a process and subject matter expert for all Talent-related processes.
  • Develop, deploy, and monitor sustainable talent processes globally.
  • Facilitate training and drive change leadership across the global associate base.
  • Support DEI efforts organization-wide.
  • Configure, test, and innovate within the SuccessFactors talent suite.
  • Produce insights and results through reports and PowerBI dashboards.
  • Create resources, training materials, and company-wide communications.
  • Be a knowledge leader in market best practices, recommending continuous improvement.
Requirements Include:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field. A Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years with a Master's degree, preferably in talent management or related HR functions.
  • Skills: Proficiency in analytics, Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and experience with SuccessFactors is preferred.
  • Certifications: Not specified.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of Talent Management processes and best practices.
  • Key Competencies: Analytical skills, systemic thinking, advanced problem-solving, detail orientation, project management, and the ability to balance multiple activities.
