**Summary**
- To provide exceptional and professional technical services for the benefit of the entire MCNY community. Working closely with the Technology team to train and support students, faculty and staff in the successful use of hardware, software, peripherals, audio-visual equipment, network and communication devices, as directed and authorized. This position is an in-person role.**Specific Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support presence on the Manhattan campus Monday - Thursday, 10am - 7pm; Saturday, 10am - 2pm.
- Conduct in-person, telephone, and Zoom support for students, faculty, and staff.
- Document and communicate support request status to users and peers.
- Assist users and provide technical support for computers, printers, audio-visual equipment,
- copiers, other peripherals, Microsoft Office products, Moodle (LMS), PowerCampus Self-Service, campus Wi-Fi, and Windows Operating System.
- Create and deploy computer images for campus desktops and employee laptops.
- Escalate moderate and complex user and system issues when required.
- Maintain inventory and assignment of technology equipment.
- Document systems and processes within knowledge management system.
- Convey a professional and consistent customer service image.
- Work on special projects as assigned.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is- regularly required to sit for extended hours and occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, climb stairs, and reach overhead.
