Retirement Business Services (RBS), a division within Schwab Advisor Services, provides trust, custody, trading, and technical services through the Business Trust Division of Charles Schwab Bank, Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and Schwab Retirement Technologies. RBS is growing rapidly by providing retirement plan trust and custody services to Independent Recordkeepers Registered Investment Advisors (Advisor) and Third Party Administrators (TPAs), and leads the industry in servicing retirement plans through intermediary relationships.

The Implementation Team is one of the first lines of contact for Clients at Schwab, we are responsible for onboarding new business to Charles Schwab Trust Bank and setting up various products and services the clients will utilize including investment, paying agent and data needs. The Conversion Analyst will support the needs of the clients that are transitioning new business to Schwab while providing a seamless and positive experience for independent record keeper and advisor clients. In this position, you will need to have retirement business knowledge in order to be able to hit the ground running.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years financial services experience ideally with investment advisor firm or employee benefit plans providing trust/custody or recordkeeping services
- Understanding of rules governing qualified retirement plans
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills with ability to organize and prioritize

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related area
- Lead client meetings that encompass multiple accounts, transfers, and documents
- Moderate understanding of investments
- Collaborate with internal partners in delivery of timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and/or service issues and help provide resolution to clients.
- Ability to review of Charles Schwab Trust Bank onboarding legal agreements specific to various plan types
- Excellent client service and problem resolution skills
- Strong customer focus, including ability to think in terms of customer experience - See through the client eyes
- Great attitude, team orientation, intelligence and professionalism
- Ability to work well in a collaborative, team environment
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines within a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable with a fluid/changing environment
- Capability to multi-task, actively listen, assess client needs, research information, and provide clients with outside of the box” options
- Knowledge of Excel, Word and Salesforce

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
