- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional manner

- Process insurance claims and verify patient insurance coverage
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience

**Experience**:

- Experience working in a dental or medical office setting
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of phone systems and administrative tasks in a healthcare environment

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
