Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team at Dermatology Solutions Group, LLC. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our physicians and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming patients and visitors, answering phones, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing patient registration, intake, and scheduling appointments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of patient information and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Providing administrative support to the office team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Collaborating with the Office Administrator to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of medical experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and physicians.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
