**Purpose**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Constant communication with managers to understand current recruiting needs and understanding applicant qualifications.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications through completing job and task analysis.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate resources (internet, social media, referrals, colleges, trade schools, job fairs, etc.)
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Arranging and facilitating plant tours.
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
- Coordinate new hire orientation/onboarding programs, maintain confidential documents and employee files, and track applicants and corresponding documentation.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
- Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Promote the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

- Associate Degree in relevant field.
- 5+ full-cycle recruiting experience in exempt and non-exempt environment, including management and high-volume hourly positions.
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
- Solid ability to conduct interviews.
- Hands on experience with selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
- Hands on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems.

- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws.
- Data and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
