**GENERAL PURPOSE**

The employee's primary responsibility is interacting with the company's customers to enter product orders and address other customer sales needs.

**Responsibilities/Duties**: A bullet denotes the essential functions of the job. Other duties may also be assigned.
- Supports sales efforts at Tradeshows; orders booth space and necessary equipment. May be required to work trade shows and assist in the set up and tears down of booths. Once at a show, the sales representative will develop and collect leads, enter sales as needed, and follow up with leads and customers.
- Works with and provides coordination and assistance to Warehouse Associates; assists with packaging and shipping as needed.
- Interfaces with the President and other leadership team members, including brand management, education department, and marketing.
- Carries out all responsibilities honestly, ethically, and professionally.
- Supervises electronic sales of products.

**Minimum qualifications**: The following are the minimum qualifications an individual needs to perform this position's duties and responsibilities successfully.

Knowledge:

- The equivalent of a High School diploma and 3-5+ years of progressively responsible, related sales/ service experience
- Experience with CRM software such as NetSuite and Sales Force
- Knowledge of basic shipping procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- PC skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, NetSuite)
