- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain and update accounting records, ensuring all transactions are recorded.
- Organize and file financial documents, both electronic and paper-based.
- **Reconciliations**:

- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances.
- **Support and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Support the finance team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal departments.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure accurate billing and financial reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the logistics industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,500.00 per year
