Rise & Vine a Michigan coffee and wine bar is searching for qualified baristas or individuals looking to learn the art of coffee and build knowledge of wine as well. We are located inside The Inn at Harbor Shores Resort and offer a unique opportunity to service our guests. Gourmet coffee, baked goods, souvenirs and Michigan wine are served daily. Product knowledge and great customer service is a huge plus, prior experience would be best or must be willing to learn all aspects in a timely manner.

Must have an upbeat and friendly personality
A positive attitude and ability to produce quality work with team members as well as by yourself
Able to handle money accurately and operate a point of sale system
Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and restock retail items daily
Ability to work in fast-paced as well as slow paced environment
Must be a team player and able to pull together with co-workers to maintain a clean presentable cafe for guests
Utilize Up-selling techniques with accurate product knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Positive staff interactions
Available weekends and holidays
