- **Experience in restaurant/food service necessary. Weekends a MUST.**:

- Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety.
- Greets incoming and departing Guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus; announce waiter's name.
- Takes customer reservation or puts guests on a waiting list, with an understanding of wait time.
- Handles high volume phone calls and customer queries about the restaurant and menu.
- Places takeout orders and handles payment processing. Receive payments by validating credit charges; accepting currency; calculating and issuing change for ToGo orders.
- Must learn Point of Sale system and full knowledge of menu.
- Packages takeout orders.
- Assist various restaurant staff when necessary, help bus tables, run food, etc.
- Completes side work jobs required of hostess, stocking items, rolling silverware, sanitizing menus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 30 per week
