**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**:
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in English, Reading, Communication, Literature, Writing, Education, Linguistics, or TESOL **_OR_**:

- Current State of Florida Certification in English (Middle 5-9 and/or Secondary 6-12) or Reading (K-12) OR in another discipline with an indication of ESOL or Reading Endorsement **_OR_**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution PLUS experience teaching/training adult learners.
- Supplemented by three (3) years of experience in college or high school teaching and/or program administration.
