Job Overview:
Are you ready to bring your exceptional organizational and communication skills to a vibrant and dynamic team? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to Schedule and coordinate work with our clients.

**Duties**:

- **Answer and Coordinate client services**
- Schedule work to be completed by the necessary team.
- Communicate schedule or coordination with applicable in-house team members.
**- Work Flow Coordination**
- Confirm scheduled teams arrived and completed service as requested
- Update / input client work and scheduling into our data base

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in similar role: 2 year (preferred)
- Previous experience with Scheduling: 1 year (required)
- Fluent in Spanish and English: (required)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
