Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Manage all aspects of property leasing, including marketing vacant units, conducting property tours, and screening potential tenants
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring units are clean and ready for occupancy
- Collect rent payments and handle delinquent accounts
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and property standards
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, tenant interactions, and maintenance requests
- Prepare lease agreements and other legal documents related to property management
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to schedule repairs and renovations as needed
- Utilize property management software (such as Yardi or OneSite) to track leasing activities, generate reports, and manage tenant information

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or related field
- Strong knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures
- Familiarity with property leasing laws and regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants
- Proficient in using property management software (Yardi or OneSite)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
