**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule appointments for sales and service departments using our CRM system
- Follow up with leads generated through various channels to schedule appointments and promote sales opportunities
- Assist in maintaining customer databases and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Provide administrative support to the sales, service, and finance departments as needed
- Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt

Pay: $37,134.25 - $44,720.82 per year
