**Qualifications**:

- Associates Degree in Communications, Business Administration or relevant study
- Experience working in a sales position - 2 years or more
- Experience working for a service organization operating in a B2B Model
- Exceptional understanding of sales prospecting and appointment setting
- Exceptional understanding of B2B sales strategy and selling principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Extremely organized and detailed oriented
- Passionate about helping people
- Possesses a Do-What-It-Takes attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

**Responsibilities**:

- Take inbound calls from CEO, Presidents, CFO’s and convert leads into appointments
- Assure that customer accounts, customer contacts, and contact information are kept current and accurate in the CRM system
- Assure that customer accounts are classified correctly in the CRM system based on pre-determined criteria (Lead, Prospect, Client, etc)
- Work with the Management team to assure that the “next step” is defined, scheduled, and executed for each account
- Create strategic marketing lists based on account industry, account location, account classification, account activity, and account adoption of products & services
- Hold 3 - 6 qualified sales appointments per week - Convert inbound leads to appointments with a goal of 2 qualified appointments per week.
- Pursue the vision and live the values of customer obsession
- Keeps abreast of the business, regulatory and economic environment in which the company, its clients, and shareholders operate
- Develop rock-solid relationships with internal team
- Maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all TAG Solutions’ and customer information assets

**Contribution to “Customer Obsession”**
- Qualify all leads and prospects to ensure the pursuit of “Ideal Customers”
- Empower Solution Advisers to secure the next great customer by regularly setting qualified sales appointments
- Be attentive and forward-thinking about the development of accounts; be sure that there is always a “next step” to take and that accounts are not neglected

**Desired Outcomes**
- CRM system is always current and accurate
- Consistently meet or exceed quota

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year OTE $65K-$85K
