Medical Office Management Assistant and Billing

This medical office management assistant position will include expertise in Electronic Medical Billing / Medicare electronic Billing and submission of all other insurance claims/ Bookkeeping / google spreadsheets and ledgers / QuickBooks / reconciliation of numbers and calculations. Familiarity with Electronically Credentialing Providers on PECOS as Medicare Providers in NJ and NY and the ability to communicate very effectively.

This position includes Front and all back office. Multitasking and Problem Solving. Confidentiality skills and HIPAA compliance are essential. Knowledge of spreadsheets such as EXCEL and GOOGLE Drive, ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF MEDICARE and other Insurance CLAIMS, is a must.

Good communications skills and public relation skills are a must.
