Physical Therapy Aide

Prime Orthopedic Rehabilitation is looking for a Physical therapy Aide to assist our physical therapists at our Tenafly, NJ office, with appropriate patient-related activities.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare equipment and gym area for daily activities and exercises.
- Perform patient-related tasks assigned by the therapist.
- Maintain the physical therapy gym and gym equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- Communicates with scheduling PT on a timely basis regarding problems, issues, and needs related to work assignment.
- Establishes and maintains current knowledge of all performance improvement and patient care improvements while maintaining an active role in monitoring these issues.
- Performs other duties as requested.
Qualifications & Requirements
PART TIME availability.We are looking for Monday and Wed evening from 4-8 PM
High school graduate or equivalent required with one or more years of experience preferred as a rehab aide, but will train the right candidate.
Basic computer skills / proficiency preferred. We are looking for someone who is outgoing and personable, and is excited to work with patients.
Must be an efficient and hard worker, and willing to learn new things.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Preferable for Applicant to live close to Bergen County, NJ
