**Position Summary**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the Engagement and Leadership team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating field visits, and creating and maintaining systems to track and monitor field communications
- Offer technical assistance to field leaders, utilizing CRM systems and evaluating data to optimize engagement strategies
- Assist with field communications efforts, including: setting internal and external communications schedules, tracking communications from the field, sourcing and drafting content, coordinating the monthly leadership newsletter editing process, collaborating with NCJW communications teams to elevate section content, and coordinating content for the NCJW section hub
- Support a range of field engagement events and programs by assisting with the facilitation of virtual meetings and leadership trainings; leading cohort discussions, managing the logistics for in-person gatherings, and preparing NCJW leaders for speaking engagements and meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and field leaders to support NCJW?s mission, acting as a primary contact for field leaders and advocates, and facilitating their connection with resources and colleagues.
- Manage and curate an online library of resources, oversee the collection and organization of key documents (membership lists, leadership lists, Bylaws, 990s), and ensure the accuracy of membership data in the National database.
- Drive participation in campaigns and programs by directly engaging Sections, and contributing to cross-departmental projects and other duties as needed.
