Business Management Associates (BMA) is seeking an Employee Engagement Specialist).

Employee Engagement Duties:

Employee Engagement Duties:

Contractor shall provide support for a full range of employee engagement initiatives in a federal work environment. Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Research and benchmark effective employee engagement strategies and create plans to propose Initiatives.
  • Partner with internal and external staff to plan, coordinate, and launch approved initiatives that promote and drive engagement.
  • Evaluate employee engagement initiatives and create plans to recommend enhancements.
  • Create post surveys to assess employee engagement impact.
  • Develop creative communication and marketing materials to increase workforce awareness about employee engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the specific functional area.
  • Analyze and develop reports from any current or future system from which data is to be extracted.
  • Manage employee engagement action plans and reporting, analyze data, and provide assessment results.
  • Develop and facilitate employee engagement training sessions and forums (as required) where participants can learn tips and best practices that can influence positive engagement. '
  • Create employee engagement dashboards and train others in the use of the tool.

NOTES:

Candidates should be highly proficient, and detail oriented in conducting employee engagement data analytics, such as extracting and comparing Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) data.

Candidates should have demonstrated experience in exercising initiative to identify and complete assignments independently, with limited supervision and oversight.

Candidates should have familiarity with 508-compliance requirements for intranet postings.

Candidates should have experience using Power Bi or comparable data visualization software.


QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience

  • Associates Degree required;
