Constellation Health Services is seeking a passionate and experienced** Clinical Educator** to join our dynamic home care program. Your expertise will prepare our team to deliver outstanding care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure orientation and training content is up-to-date, reflecting best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with regional educators to develop and update training materials and tools.
- Manage and track online training modules, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices.
- Support other regions remotely and maintain current knowledge of EMR functionality.
- Conduct clinical staff training on visit processes, documentation, and direct care.
- Oversee onboarding and education requirements, including clinical competency assessments.
- Provide ongoing performance assessments, computer instruction, and user group sessions.
**Qualifications**:
- Licensed clinician, we will consider a Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapist (PT).
- The employee has the required licensure, education, training, and qualifications required by rule, regulation, law and/or statute to qualify for the role in their state.
- A minimum of 2 years of full-time home care experience required 3-5 years preferred. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated computer knowledge and expertise.
- Knowledge of rules and regulations of participation in a Medicare certified home health agency preferred.
