Racine, United States Staybridge Suites Racine - Mt. Pleasant Full time

**Requirements**:
As this is a full-time position open availability is required, it will be a combination of AM and PM shifts.
- At least 6 months of hotel front desk experience
- Opera experience not needed but will definitely be considered a plus.
- Ability to solve simple mathematical problems and answer billing questions for guests.
- Shifts will vary between AM and PM as needed, according to hotel occupancy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer telephone calls.
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Perform computer-based tasks related to reservations, accounts, and payments.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and other activities.
- Provide directions to guests.
- Be a member of a team.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
