Assistant Mail Center Supervisor

Overview:
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provides management support to Mail Center Operations and Mail Services to NASA HOSS II customers and NASA Stakeholders.
- Acts as the secondary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with all mail services.
- Responsible for implementing quality control processes and monitoring performance to meet contractual requirements.
- Play a key role in overseeing and managing the mail services at the Mary W. Jackson NASA HQ building.
- Ensures the efficient operation of various mail services, maintaining customer satisfaction, and managing the overall performance of Mail Center Operations and Mail Services.
- Performs the duties of a Mail Clerk and Mail Screener when these positions have paid time off, are sick, or have appointments.
**NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Other duties as assigned.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
- Must have completed training at a USPS Training Workshop.
- Minimum Education: High Diploma.
- Minimum Experience: Level: Manager with 3-5 years of experience.
