**Responsibilities**:

- Project planning, including timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Client communication to understand needs and address concerns
- Conduct thorough site inspections to assess conditions and project requirements
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
- Coordinate with roofing contractors and subcontractors
- Procure roofing materials and ensure timely delivery
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site
- Oversee installation to ensure quality workmanship
- Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as needed
- Resolve any issues or setbacks promptly
- Maintain accurate project documentation
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members

- Conduct post-project reviews for evaluation and improvement

**Qualifications**
- Education: Minimum high school graduate / college preferred
- Demonstrated extensive knowledge of roofing cost estimating, scheduling, budgeting/cost control, and field supervision 3-4 years
- Knowledge of various roofing systems and materials, their characteristics, installation procedures, and tolerances..
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) if preferred

**Compensation**
- $50,000-$60,000
- Medical benefits after 60 days
- Bonus structure

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
