JOB DUTIES
- Organize and prepare incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Prepare and track time-sensitive forms for clients and vendors
- Perform scheduled move out inspections and associated paperwork
- Use Microsoft Office 365 products and other software to perform job duties
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Requires a high school diploma or GED
- Recently worked with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel and comfortable with other online based programs.
- Ability to interpret and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing and exercise diplomacy
- Knowledge of business correspondence including rules of grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, and spelling
- Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interface with all levels of personnel and work in a team environment
- Demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality of records and to use discretion in the performance of daily activities
- Must be detail oriented and organized

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
