**Your Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating between the sales department and the other areas of the hotel to ensure exceptional service of the groups and meetings staying at the hotel.
- Responsible for the organization of all catering events that occur at the hotel.
- Conduct site inspections, site tours, soliciting and generating new and repeat business.
- Prepare written correspondence with clients and co-workers.
- Conduct weekly BEO meetings, providing information on upcoming events to all key staff members.
- Assisting with selling guestrooms and meeting rooms as needed.

**Qualifications, Perks & Company Information**:

- Knowledge of IHG systems is preferred
- Strong customer service skills, computer skills, and organizational skills are critical to the success of this position.
- Administrative experience is preferred.
- Schedule is flexible and applicants must be able to work a varied schedule as dictated by the level and type of business.
