**RESPONSIBILITIES**

The **Inside Sales Representative** provides service to our customers with respect to their inquiries and their orders:

- In-depth math skills.
- Interfaces daily with the Outside Sales team
- Manages transactions and relationships with assigned customer accounts
- Accurately processes customer transactions such as quotes, purchase orders, change orders, returns, etc.
- Coordinates communications as may be necessary with our production and technical departments to satisfy customer needs.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Eager to provide professional assistance to our customers
- A positive attitude and enjoys selling
- Likes being part of a team
- 2+ years’ inside sales experience preferred
- Experience in manufacturing environment a plus

**SKILLS**:

- Aptitude for math.
- Strong computer skills, proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Well organized with attention to detail
