You will serve as the first point of contact for Academy faculty and staff facing issues with a broad spectrum of technology. This role is perfect for someone with a blend of technical expertise, a customer service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Duties**:

- Respond to help desk inquiries promptly and professionally
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for Windows and Mac OS platforms
- Assist users with software installations, updates, and configurations
- Perform system upgrades and maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues
- Document all help desk interactions and resolutions

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a helpdesk technician role or customer support preferred.
- A strong understanding of office automation products, databases, and remote-control tools.
- A solid grasp of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- The ability to identify and solve basic technical problems.
- Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
- A customer-first attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
