**Qualifications**:

- ** Education and Experience**: A college degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience, coupled with three to five years of auto casualty bodily injury claims handling experience.
- ** Industry Designations**: Possession of insurance designations such as CPCU, AIC, or SCLA is advantageous.
- ** Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
- ** Litigation Experience**: Previous experience in litigation is preferred, along with in-depth knowledge of customer service techniques and processes.
- ** Presentation Skills**: Demonstrated ability to effectively present large loss reports and findings to key stakeholders.
