**Your Purpose as a Customer Service Representative**:

- Answer incoming phone calls and directs caller to appropriate department/individual, or takes a thorough message, if needed.
- Welcome customers to the Body Shop and determine the nature of their visit.
- Assist customers with filling out authorization forms.
- Communicates with ALL guests and callers in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
- Accurately receives cash, checks, and credit card payments for service work.
- Accurately calculate and communicate repair orders.
- Verify the identity of the person picking up the vehicle by checking their name on credit card, check, or driver’s license.
- Organize and file repair orders, invoices, and lists of missing documents.
- Reconcile cash drawer during shift changes and daily for start/end of business.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Must be at least 16 years of age
