**Key Responsibilities**:Social Media Management**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Manage and monitor all social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.).
- Analyze social media metrics to gauge success and refine strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools.
- Other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

**Website Management**:

- Update website content to ensure it is fresh, relevant, and SEO-friendly.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to enhance user experience and website functionality.
- Monitor website analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Ensure website content aligns with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage blog content creation and updates.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and online marketing tools.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
