Summary

**Job Description**:

- Lead the implementation and integration of new HRIS systems, including data migration, testing, and training.
- Serve as the point of contact for HRIS vendors, ensuring system updates and maintenance are completed in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain HRIS policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and address system issues and enhancements.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality and best practices.
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform HR decision-making and strategic planning.
- Maximize the HCM suite by creating data visualization, reporting, and predictive analytics for hiring, benefits, performance management, attrition, and retention strategies.
- Stay current on HRIS trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Partner with HR leadership and business partners on communication and training related to HRIS processes and practices.
- Manage human resource projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources, business, or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in HRIS management.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and compliance requirements for HR and payroll.
- Knowledge and familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS software such as Workday, ADP, Ceridian, SAP, or similar systems.
- Proven experience leading HRIS implementations and integrations.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to address stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Leadership and team management skills with at least one year of managing subordinates.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional HR certifications such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) are preferred.
- Ten (10) years or more of progressive experience in HRIS management.
- Bilingual (English /Spanish).

- Handling (holding), balancing, bending, crouching, kneeling, pushing, & reaching occasionally.
- Weekly travel may be required.
- Environmental:

- Exposure to dust, smoke, fumes, odors, noise, grease, oil, hot/cold temperatures, and vibration frequently.
- Exposure to electrical hazards, chemicals, standing on concrete, and uneven or slippery surfaces occasionally.
- Works inside and outside.

**Salary**: $136,108 - $163,203
